Business Development Manager - Instant Offer

About the role

This position focuses on driving client growth for the Instant Offer product through strong relationships, a consultative approach and data‑led insights. You will work closely with dealers and internal teams to deliver value and support long‑term engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with key decision makers across all levels.
• Provide strategic insights and analysis of dealer performance, identifying growth opportunities and recommending ROI‑driving solutions.
• Deliver compelling presentations and reports that influence outcomes and showcase value.
• Partner with internal teams to design and execute end‑to‑end client solutions.
• Track all client activity through CRM tools and manage a disciplined sales pipeline.
• Achieve and exceed revenue, growth and retention targets through upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Previous experience in account management and B2B sales.
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Understanding of digital media and advertising practices.
• Results‑focused attitude with openness to adapting to change.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM platforms, such as Salesforce.
