Business Development Manager - Hospitality Tech

About the role
Menumiz is a hospitality technology company based in Australia that offers an AI-based POS solution to the F&B sector. It is looking for a tech-savvy sales professional who enjoys technology and food. The ideal candidate has experience across all stages of the sales cycle, is confident building new client relationships and keeping existing ones, and shows strong negotiation skills.
Key responsibilities
- Build relationships with prospective clients through cold calling, cold visits and prospecting
- Present and close deals
- Maintain consistent contact with existing clients
- Manage the sales pipeline
- Analyse the market and establish competitive advantages
- Track metrics to ensure targets are met
Required profile
- 3+ years in B2B sales
- Experience in a full sales cycle including deal closing
- Demonstrated sales success
- SaaS sales experience is a plus
- Owns a car and holds a driving licence
Required skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- CRM experience is preferred
