Business Development Manager - Brisbane

About the role

Diageo is looking for a Business Development Manager to join its Field Sales team and take ownership of a defined territory across Brisbane. The role blends account management with new business development: you will manage an existing portfolio of customers while identifying and converting opportunities to drive growth. It covers a mix of retail and on-premise customers, including multi-site operators, and operates with a high level of autonomy.

Key responsibilities

• Take full ownership of your territory, shaping plans and priorities to deliver sustainable growth
• Build long-term partnerships that create value for customers and Diageo
• Own opportunities end-to-end, from identification through to execution and delivery
• Use data, insight and judgement to make commercial decisions that grow revenue, distribution and share
• Deliver high-quality execution that brings the brands to life and drives market performance

Required profile

• A track record of taking ownership and delivering outcomes end-to-end
• Proven ability to build relationships and influence a range of stakeholders
• Experience finding opportunities and turning them into measurable results
• Strong prioritisation skills and resilience in fast-moving or changing environments
