The role takes ownership of strategic client relationships and drives growth in a competitive market, with career pathways into Sales Management and leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new business by using existing relationships with architects, builders and interior designers across Brisbane
• Build and nurture partnerships to secure high-profile projects, from first inquiry through to delivery
• Work with project teams to understand client needs and offer tailored, premium joinery solutions
• Manage and optimise CRM systems to track leads, client engagements and project opportunities
• Deliver proposals and presentations that highlight the company's joinery offerings
• Monitor the market for opportunities in commercial fit-outs and high-end residential developments
• Represent the company at industry events and networking functions

Required profile

• Proven sales or business development experience in architectural joinery, construction or similar interior products
• Strong connections with architects, interior designers, builders and project managers
• Understanding of commercial and residential construction markets; technical knowledge of joinery materials and solutions is highly regarded
• Experience managing lead pipelines and negotiating with key decision-makers
• Self-driven, proactive approach to expanding market presence and exceeding sales targets
