Business Development Executive – ParcelShop Network

About the role

Evri is expanding its ParcelShop network across South West and South Wales and is looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to own a regional territory. You will act as the face of Evri ParcelShops, building relationships with retailers, driving performance and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and sign new retailers that meet operational standards to grow the ParcelShop network.
• Analyse performance data, coach existing partners and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong retailer relationships, promoting excellent customer service and safe parcel handling.
• Ensure health & safety compliance, correct use of Evri equipment and adherence to operational guidelines.
• Increase service visibility through in‑store training, POS updates and promotional activities.
• Promote additional Evri services to maximise profitability and broaden the ParcelShop offering.
• Provide regular reporting, insights and feedback to the Regional Manager.
• Plan and execute frequent retailer visits, managing a productive travel schedule across the region.

Required profile

• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel daily within the assigned region.
• Experience coaching, supporting or managing third‑party partners or retail teams.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and capacity to plan contingencies.
• Data‑driven mindset with confidence working with basic Excel.
• Customer‑focused attitude, excellent negotiation skills and ability to influence retailers.
• High self‑motivation, initiative and ownership of commercial targets.
• Proven track record of improving performance, increasing sales or adding commercial value.
