About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will be the face of the brand across the Newcastle and Central Coast region, ensuring products are visible, available and delivering great customer experiences. This fast‑paced field sales position involves daily travel, relationship building and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, approach and secure new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing customers.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and successful promotions.
  • Deliver regular reports on sales performance, opportunities and market intelligence.

Required profile

  • Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales, service and high‑quality execution.
  • Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory.
  • Excellent communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
  • Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
  • Resilient, energetic and able to thrive through change.
  • Experience in FMCG, retail or convenience sectors is an advantage (not essential).
