Business Development Executive – Metro WA

About the role

As a Business Development Executive you will ensure our products are visible, available and delivering great experiences for customers across Metro WA. This fast‑paced field sales position involves daily travel, building relationships and uncovering new business opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets within the territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strengthen existing partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with Marketing to ensure product availability and successful promotions.
• Provide regular reporting on sales performance, opportunities and market intelligence.

Required profile

• Results‑driven with a strong focus on sales, service and high‑quality execution.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout Metro WA.
• Excellent communicator able to build and maintain effective relationships.
• Organised, strategic and confident in planning and prioritising work.
• Problem‑solver who turns challenges into opportunities.
• Resilient, energetic and able to thrive through change.
• FMCG, retail or convenience experience is an advantage (not essential).
