About the role
Futurebuild is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join its growing team on the Gold Coast. You will be responsible for expanding the reach of Australia’s fastest‑growing construction industry event by connecting with key decision‑makers across the sector.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with business owners, sales directors and marketing managers in the construction industry.
- Promote Futurebuild’s event to architects, builders, developers and construction professionals.
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings and drive the sales pipeline.
- Represent the brand at industry gatherings and maintain strong relationships with prospects.
- Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve event offerings.
Required profile
- Strong hunger and ambition to succeed.
- Confidence speaking with senior business stakeholders.
- Resilience, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Accountability and ownership of targets.
