Business Analyst – Revenue Systems

About the role

Join Journey Beyond, Australia’s leading experiential tourism group, as a Business Analyst focused on revenue systems and business process improvement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to translate business needs into practical solutions and support successful delivery of system enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, document and clarify business and system requirements.
• Support testing activities, change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders and manage project deadlines.
• Contribute to projects from requirements gathering through to testing, documentation and change support.
• Assist in the continuous improvement of revenue systems and related business processes.

Required profile

• Collaborative, solutions‑focused mindset with strong problem‑solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable guiding change.
• Experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar systems/process improvement role.
• Strong requirements‑gathering and documentation capabilities.
• Proven experience supporting testing, change management and user adoption.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Experience in tourism and/or eCommerce is highly regarded.
