Business Advisor – Marketing Services Account Manager

About the role

Thryv is seeking a field‑based Business Advisor to manage and grow a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients in Tamworth, NSW. You will deliver tailored digital marketing solutions, build trusted relationships, and drive measurable results for local businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand a portfolio of 150+ SMB clients through regular face‑to‑face visits.
• Present and sell SEO, AEO, SEM and social solutions that address client needs.
• Identify, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Achieve monthly sales and retention targets while maintaining accurate client records.
• Stay current on Thryv product updates and digital marketing trends.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in digital marketing sales with a proven ability to discuss SEO, AEO, SEM and social strategies credibly.
• Demonstrated success managing a large client portfolio and delivering growth.
• Organised, disciplined and able to handle 150+ relationships without dropping the ball.
• Motivated by long‑term client relationships and revenue growth.

What we offer

• Total compensation package up to AUD 135,200 OTE (base AUD 71,600 + super, car allowance and commissions).
