Business Administration Traineeship

About the role

Golden West Apprenticeships is offering a full-time 12-month Business Administration Traineeship in Kingaroy. The trainee gains on-the-job experience and training with an employer while completing a nationally recognised course through a registered training organisation. After the traineeship, the skills and knowledge can form a pathway to further study in fields such as human resources, legal practice, finance and marketing.

Required profile

• A willingness to develop skills and knowledge
• The ability to listen, follow instructions and ask for help when needed
• Punctuality, interest in the work and adherence to workplace policies and procedures
• Ability to act responsibly and safely at work
• Ability to build effective working relationships with the workplace and the Golden West Apprenticeships team
• Ability to complete timesheets correctly and on time

Required skills

• Strong maths skills (desirable)
• Ability to complete the Training Plan within the allocated timeframe, including theory-based assessments and competency-based assessments
• Compliance with the Training Contract, the Further Education and Training Act and the Work Health and Safety Act
