About the role
Eptec Group is seeking skilled Brush Hands/Trade Assistants to join its growing team in Henderson, WA. The role involves surface and paint preparation, industrial painting and blasting, and general site maintenance, with opportunities for overtime, weekend work, and training.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare surfaces and apply industrial paints and coatings, including blasting.
- Operate hand power tools and equipment safely, including EWP and confined‑space work.
- Perform manual handling and general site maintenance tasks.
Required profile
- Australian citizenship with at least 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
- Hold a nationally accredited OHS (White/Blue) Card, EWP licence, Working at Heights ticket and Confined Space ticket.
- Ability to pass a pre‑employment medical and police check.
Required skills
- Industrial spray painting experience (highly advantageous).
- Painting‑decorating, roller and brush application skills.
- Strong safety mindset and team‑player attitude.
