Brow Specialist – Beauty Services

About the role

MECCA Chadstone is seeking passionate Brow Specialists to join its new 2,000 sqm beauty destination. The role involves delivering premium brow and lash services while providing an exceptional customer experience in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform brow shaping, waxing, tweezing, trimming, styling, lamination, and tinting.
• Provide lash lifting services.
• Manage back‑to‑back appointments during peak periods while maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with the store team to ensure a seamless customer journey.

Required profile

• Availability to work late evenings and weekends.
• Previous recent experience in professional brow services.
• Certificate III/IV in Beauty Services, Beauty Therapy Diploma, or equivalent.
• Alignment with MECCA’s values and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Required skills

• Brow shaping and precision waxing.
• Brow tweezing, trimming, and styling (crayon, powder, pomade).
• Brow lamination and tinting.
• Lash lifting.
