Brand Manager – Haircare (Melbourne)

About the role

As a Brand Manager for L’Oréal Paris in Melbourne, you will lead the Haircare category within the Consumer Products Division. You will own the brand’s strategy, launch new innovations and drive growth in a highly competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual brand strategy for Haircare, aligning creative direction with sales and profit targets.
• Own the P&L, monitor financial performance and ensure forecast accuracy.
• Lead end‑to‑end product launches, from volume forecasting to offline experience design and online translation.
• Define portfolio strategy, including pricing, distribution, in‑store merchandising and planogram development.
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development and Supply Chain to maximise market share and commercial success.
• Analyse brand performance data and adjust tactics to meet growth objectives.
