SEO Lead

About the role

We are seeking an experienced SEO Lead to join our Australian team of a global eCommerce consultancy. You will work with well‑recognised retail and fashion brands, shaping and executing SEO strategies that boost visibility and drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end SEO for the agency’s largest eCommerce and retail clients.
• Conduct SEO analysis, develop recommendations, and create technical SEO audits.
• Implement AEO/GEO strategies, on‑page and off‑page optimisation, and content development.
• Manage client relationships and account delivery.
• Stay up‑to‑date with the latest SEO trends, technologies and industry events.

Required profile

• Extensive SEO experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Proven track record with eCommerce, retail or fashion clients.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for improving search visibility.
• Excellent client‑facing abilities.

Required skills

• Technical SEO and SEO audits.
• AEO and GEO optimisation.
• Content development for SEO.
• Proficiency with SEMRush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
