Brand and Marketing Specialist

About the role

Goodstart is looking for a Brand and Marketing Specialist in Murarrie, Brisbane, to help bring its brand to life through campaigns, content and experiences that connect with families, educators and communities across Australia. Working closely with the Brand and Marketing Lead, you will coordinate and deliver end-to-end marketing initiatives across brand, services and talent acquisition, from campaign planning and content creation through to partnerships, reporting and presentations to stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns supporting brand growth, family acquisition and talent attraction
• Develop content and campaign assets that engage audiences across multiple channels
• Coordinate photoshoots, partnerships and promotional activities that strengthen the brand
• Use customer insights, market trends and campaign data to improve marketing performance
• Maintain brand consistency and give trusted marketing advice across the business
• Build relationships with stakeholders, suppliers and agency partners

Required profile

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Advertising, Business or a related discipline
• 5+ years' experience in a marketing, brand and/or campaign-focused role
• Experience delivering multi-channel campaigns from planning to execution
• Experience managing digital marketing channels such as email, social media and website content
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and project coordination skills
• Organised, analytical and proactive, able to manage multiple priorities
• Current Queensland Working with Children Check; willing to complete the National Child Safety Foundation training certificate via the Geccko platform

Required skills

• Content creation and copywriting
• Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and website CMS platforms (highly desirable)
• Experience in the education or not-for-profit sector (highly desirable)
