Brand Ambassador, Experience

About the role

Canada Goose is looking for experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join its team at the Westfield Sydney store on a full-time permanent basis. The Brand Ambassador, Experience role creates an outstanding guest experience that reflects the brand's authenticity, supports the plans set by store management and helps deliver operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Store financial performance: contribute to store targets and achieve or exceed personal sales targets, which vary by season
• Engagement: build a positive store environment, attend meetings, events and product knowledge sessions, and act in line with Canada Goose's culture
• Operational excellence: follow operating procedures to minimise shrink, handle POS transactions accurately, keep inventory accurate and products well cared for, and support store maintenance and visual merchandising
• Customer experience: ensure an outstanding guest experience through stock room management, cash wrap and sales floor best practices, and drive the CXE score

Required profile

• Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred
• Proven record of successful sales performance
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands and high-volume traffic is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods and work retail hours including standard, peak and holiday shifts
• Good command of English; fluent Mandarin is an advantage

Required skills

• Inventory management and point of sale systems
• Basic Microsoft Office skills, specifically Word and Excel
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good communication
