Brand Ambassador, Experience

About the role

Canada Goose is looking for experienced luxury lifestyle retailers to join its team at the Chadstone store on a full-time permanent basis. The Brand Ambassador, Experience role is accountable for creating an outstanding guest experience that reflects the brand's authenticity, supporting the plans and strategies of the store management team and maintaining high standards across the store.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the store's financial performance by meeting productivity standards and achieving or exceeding personal sales targets, which vary by season
• Deliver a positive store environment through teamwork and partnership with brand ambassadors and store management, and attend all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions
• Follow store operating procedures to minimise shrinkage, handle POS transactions accurately and keep inventory accurate and well organised
• Help maintain the physical store and uphold Visual Merchandising directives
• Deliver an excellent guest experience through stock room management, cash wrap and sales floor best practices, and drive the CXE score

Required profile

• Previous retail experience in a customer-focused environment is preferred
• Proven record of successful sales performance
• Experience with affluent and luxury brands and high-volume traffic is an asset
• Ability to stand for long periods and work standard, peak and holiday retail hours
• Good command of English; fluent Mandarin is an advantage

Required skills

• Understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems
• Basic skills in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and good communication skills
