Branch Manager - Caloundra

About the role

Rexel Electrical Supplies, part of Rexel Australia, is looking for an experienced, commercially minded Branch Manager to lead its Caloundra team and oversee day-to-day operations. The role suits a people-focused leader who can build strong customer relationships, drive sales performance and create a positive, safe and high-performing branch environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the Caloundra branch team and build a positive, accountable, customer-focused culture
• Manage daily operations across sales, warehouse, inventory and customer service
• Drive branch sales, profitability and customer growth
• Build strong relationships with key customers, suppliers and industry partners
• Identify new business opportunities and help the team meet sales targets
• Work with Territory Sales Managers and the wider Rexel network to maximise customer and commercial outcomes
• Monitor branch performance and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
• Ensure customers receive exceptional service and timely, accurate support

Required profile

• Experienced Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, Sales Manager or Senior Sales professional
• Proven people leader able to motivate, coach and develop a team
• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on sales, customer service and business performance
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy branch environment
• Strong communicator with negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Accountable, proactive, safety-conscious and committed to high operational standards
• Experience in electrical wholesale, industrial products, building supplies, trade distribution or a related industry is highly regarded; other sectors with branch management, sales or operational leadership experience are also considered
