Boutique Manager – Hobart

About the role

We are seeking an entrepreneurial Boutique Manager to lead our Hobart store. You will be responsible for daily operations, driving sales, and inspiring a team to meet KPIs and budgets. This is a full‑time permanent role on a rotating roster (38 hours per week) with weekend duties every fortnight.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the boutique team.
• Oversee day‑to‑day store operations and ensure visual standards.
• Manage budgets, create weekly rosters and control labour costs.
• Analyse sales and KPI reports to drive performance.
• Handle stock management, merchandising and customer service excellence.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement improvement plans.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of management experience in a comparable retail environment.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to work to budgets and analyse data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team‑player who can motivate and inspire staff.
• Skin‑care or beauty‑industry experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
