BIM Coordinator (Architecture) – Brisbane

About the role

We are seeking a BIM Coordinator to join our established architecture practice in Brisbane. The role sits within a mature BIM team that supports multiple studios across Australia and internationally, offering a supportive environment for professional growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage Revit models across several live projects.
• Support project teams with BIM documentation and model coordination.
• Maintain BIM standards, workflows and QA/QC procedures.
• Collaborate with external consultants to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
• Assist with clash detection, model reviews and issue resolution.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting documentation and coordination on live architectural projects.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative problem‑solving approach.
• Demonstrated desire to develop a long‑term career in BIM.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Revit in an architectural environment.
• Solid understanding of BIM workflows, standards and QA/QC processes.
• Experience with clash detection and model coordination.
