Bill to Cash SME – SAP

About the role

The Bill to Cash Subject Matter Expert (SME) will provide functional expertise for the ANZ SAP S/4 implementation, working closely with the Stream Lead, project team and business stakeholders to design, document and validate end‑to‑end processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Bill to Cash domain input across design, build and deployment phases.
• Document and validate current‑state processes, business requirements and pain points.
• Support future‑state process and solution design aligned to SAP S/4.
• Participate in workshops, review and validate proposed changes.
• Assist with issue and risk management, testing, defect triage and outcome validation.
• Contribute to change and readiness activities, including training inputs and communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with experience in process improvement, transformation or system initiatives.
• Proven ability to document requirements and translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience supporting workshops, testing, training and implementation activities.
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with competing priorities.
• Willingness to travel routinely.

Required skills

• Strong Bill to Cash functional knowledge.
• Experience with SAP/ERP or large‑scale system implementations (advantageous).
• Effective communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
• Problem‑solving and priority management skills.
