Bell Services Attendant (Part-Time & Casual)

About the role

Crown Resorts is looking for warm, service-focused people to join its Bell Services team at Crown Perth Hotel in Perth on a part-time and casual basis, with 48 to 76 hours per fortnight available. The role welcomes guests, supports their arrival and departure and helps them feel at home, combining guest-facing service with practical support such as luggage handling, guest assistance and valet services.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and help with their arrival and departure so their stay starts smoothly
• Assist guests with luggage and personal belongings; training and equipment are provided to make this safe and easy
• Give helpful information about hotel facilities and services
• Provide valet parking for guest vehicles, driving and parking a variety of vehicles carefully
• Support a smooth and safe driveway operation as part of a team

Required profile

• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest experience
• A caring, reliable and team-focused attitude
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Confidence to learn new skills with the support of the team
• Teamwork skills, while also being comfortable working independently
• Current Australian C class driver's licence (training provided for valet procedures; prior valet experience is great but not essential)
• Flexible availability across 7 days, with weekends essential
• Previous hotel or customer service experience is great but not essential
