Bell Desk Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

The Bell Desk Attendant is the first point of welcome for arriving guests and the last point of farewell at Capella Sydney. You will ensure smooth luggage handling, provide directions, and coordinate transport to create a seamless guest experience in a luxury heritage hotel.

Key responsibilities

• Verify arrival and departure details and arrange luggage handling and transportation.
• Deliver and collect guest baggage, store luggage according to standards, and escort guests to their rooms while explaining facilities.
• Assist guests with directions, hail taxis, and answer inquiries throughout the day.
• Maintain a tidy main entrance, prevent unauthorized access, and support vehicle traffic and parking at the entrance.

Required profile

• Full driver’s licence.
• Experience in a similar role at luxury hotels, resorts, or commercial facilities.
• Basic computer skills with hands‑on experience in room maintenance.
• Good spoken English.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
