Banking Consultant – Part‑time, Moonee Ponds

About the role

As a Banking Consultant in ANZ’s Retail Banking division, you will deliver a seamless banking experience to customers in the Moonee Ponds branch. You will address end‑to‑end financial needs, promote digital solutions and act as a trusted advisor, helping customers become advocates for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy, creating real customer value.
• Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives.
• Take responsibility to “know your customer” from a risk perspective.
• Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures.
• Deliver high‑standard customer service in‑branch, handling transactions and providing product advice according to accreditation level.

Required profile

• Strong customer focus, preferably with retail banking experience.
• Comfortable using and promoting digital banking channels and technology.
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change and ambiguity.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to coach peers.
• Good understanding of compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills.
