About the role
As a Banking Consultant in ANZ Retail Banking, you will deliver a seamless branch experience, meeting customers’ end‑to‑end financial needs, providing advice, and promoting digital solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Provide customers with comprehensive banking services, including transactions, needs‑based conversations and digital education.
- Act as a role model and peer coach within a collaborative team to ensure high‑quality customer experiences.
- Support bank programs and initiatives while maintaining compliance with ANZ policies and risk requirements.
Required profile
- Strong customer focus, preferably with retail experience.
- Ability to multitask, adapt to change and work collaboratively.
- Good understanding of compliance and excellent communication skills.
Required skills
- Experience using digital banking channels and technology.
