Banking Consultant – Contact Centre (Full‑time, evenings & weekends)

About the role

Join Suncorp Bank’s Contact Centre in Brisbane as a full‑time Banking Consultant, providing essential support to customers during evenings and weekends. This position offers a blend of structured training, on‑the‑job coaching, and a hybrid work model once you are fully onboard.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer enquiries related to banking products and services during evening and weekend shifts.
• Deliver accurate information and resolve issues while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet service level targets.
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to continuously improve product knowledge and service skills.

Required profile

• Availability to work shifts that may finish as late as 10 PM, including weekends.
• Commitment to attend the full training programme (21 Sept – 23 Oct, Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM‑5 PM).
• Strong customer‑focus and communication abilities.
