B2B Marketing Lead – Australia & New Zealand

About the role

The ANZ B2B Marketing Lead owns OpenAI’s B2B marketing strategy and execution across Australia and New Zealand. Reporting to regional GTM leadership, you will translate global and regional plans into locally effective programs that drive pipeline, adoption, and customer trust.

Key responsibilities

• Own the ANZ B2B marketing strategy, investment recommendations and prioritisation of enterprise and mid‑market opportunities.
• Plan and run integrated programs including ABM, field events, executive roundtables, partner co‑marketing and customer story creation.
• Activate and adapt global campaigns for the ANZ market, tailoring messaging, channels and proof points.
• Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, Legal and Partnerships to align priorities and bring market insights into broader planning.
• Manage agencies, vendors, budgets, timelines and post‑campaign measurement, establishing performance dashboards.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B, enterprise, demand‑generation or integrated marketing experience with a strong ANZ focus.
• Proven track record of generating measurable pipeline and adoption through ABM, events and content programmes.
• Deep understanding of enterprise and mid‑market buying dynamics in Australia and New Zealand.
• Full professional English fluency with excellent writing and editing skills for ANZ audiences.
• Strong cross‑functional collaboration and project‑management capabilities.
