Automotive Workshop Team Leader

About the role

RAC Auto Services is seeking a Workshop Team Leader for its Myaree automotive service centre. You will lead a team of technical experts, ensure safe and efficient daily operations, and take part in quality checks and fault diagnostics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and motivate a group of automotive technicians.
• Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct quality inspections and fault diagnostics on vehicles.
• Prioritise tasks, manage workload and resolve team conflicts.

Required profile

• Qualified Automotive Technician with a C‑Class driver’s licence.
• Motor Vehicle Repairer’s Licence.
• Proven leadership ability to mentor and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong organisational skills for task prioritisation and conflict resolution.
