Automotive Sales Representative – Coffs Harbour

About the role

As an Automotive Sales Representative for NAPA in Coffs Harbour, you will act as a Customer Development Manager, reporting to a Channel Manager and collaborating with Branch Managers to grow the business within your territory. You will provide consultative solutions to trade customers, drive sales and gross‑margin performance, and represent NAPA’s extensive aftermarket parts portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solve customer problems through consultation and relationship building.
• Own sales and gross‑margin performance for the assigned territory.
• Attend sales meetings, trade shows and training sessions.
• Achieve sales budgets and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain a strong safety culture, including safe driving and physical handling requirements.

Required profile

• Engaging communicator with strong negotiation abilities.
• Solution‑oriented and service‑focused mindset.
• Proven track record in account management or business development.
• Comfortable working in a KPI‑driven environment.
• Experience in sales or customer management, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
