About the role
An experienced and qualified vehicle mechanic is sought to join a team in Mittagong, NSW. The position is full time and permanent, with market rates of pay. The employer describes itself as 100% family and Australian owned and offers a modern, spotless workshop.
Key responsibilities
- Provide routine servicing and maintenance on light vehicles
- Diagnose mechanical issues and carry out the necessary repairs
- Conduct registration checks
- Complete all work to a high standard and on time
- Maintain safe working conditions and follow workplace health and safety standards
Required profile
- Previous experience as a light vehicle mechanic
- Certificate 3 in Light Vehicle Automotive
- Valid Australian driver's licence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent attention to detail and a good work ethic
