Australasian Marketing Specialist

About the role

Based at Blundstone’s head office in Moonah, Tasmania, the Australasian Marketing Specialist will develop and execute marketing and communications activities for the Blundstone and John Bull brands across Australia and New Zealand.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch brand‑aligned campaigns and product initiatives across retail, digital and trade channels.
• Collaborate with external partners to amplify brand impact.
• Work cross‑functionally with Australasian Sales, Global Brand Services, Customer Service and Logistics to ensure seamless execution.
• Optimise trade‑spend budget, track activity across major accounts and measure commercial outcomes.
• Maintain cross‑channel consistency and strengthen market presence.

Required profile

• Broad experience in campaign planning and brand‑led marketing.
• Confidence in contemporary multi‑channel marketing (paid, owned, earned).
• Proven ability to create engaging, on‑brand content.
• Advanced writing skills with a keen eye for tone and style.
• Highly organised, able to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Excellent relationship‑management and a proactive, can‑do attitude.
