Audit Admin Assistant

About the role

The Audit Admin Assistant provides administrative and operational support to the Audit & Assurance Division, working closely with the Audit Operations Lead, Partners and the wider audit team. This hands‑on role ensures smooth day‑to‑day running of the division through structured processes and systems.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, format and distribute audit documents and correspondence.
• Manage records, filing systems and shared audit resources, including SharePoint.
• Coordinate meetings, calendars, reminders and divisional communications.
• Assist with engagement administration, client documentation, confirmations and external searches.
• Support staff scheduling, onboarding, resource coordination and divisional events/training.
• Maintain information in audit systems, internal databases and assist with billing administration, expense processing and reporting.

Required profile

• Organised, proactive and detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; confident professional interaction with team members and clients.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with sensitive information.
• Effective time‑management skills and a collaborative, service‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
• Experience using SharePoint and internal databases.
