Associate Store Leader – Retail Management Role

About the role

Join 7‑Eleven as an Associate Store Leader in Camperdown and gain hands‑on experience in store operations, customer service and team leadership. This full‑time position is designed to build the operational foundation and leadership capability needed to eventually run your own store.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day store operations and ensure excellent customer service.
• Support inventory management, merchandising and store presentation.
• Maintain high standards of safety and food safety.
• Help drive store performance, implement promotions and step in for the Store Manager when absent.

Required profile

• Previous retail or hospitality experience.
• A passion for leading and supporting teams.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
• Desire to progress into a leadership role.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of inventory and merchandising processes.
• Awareness of safety and food‑safety standards.
