About the role
Join 7‑Eleven as an Associate Store Leader at the Everton Hills outlet and gain hands‑on experience in retail operations and team leadership. This full‑time position is designed to develop the operational foundations and leadership capabilities needed to eventually run your own store.
Key responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day store operations and ensure high‑quality customer service.
- Support inventory management, merchandising, and store presentation.
- Maintain safety and food‑safety standards.
- Help drive store performance by implementing promotions and initiatives.
- Step in for the Store Manager when required.
Required profile
- Previous retail or hospitality experience.
- Passion for leading and supporting teams.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset.
- Desire to progress into a leadership role.
