Associate Store Leader - Cairns

About the role

7-Eleven is hiring an Associate Store Leader for its Smithfield and North Cairns stores. This full-time role gives hands-on experience in all aspects of store performance, with the support of a Store Manager who coaches you every step of the way. It is aimed at people who want to build the operational foundation and leadership capability needed to eventually run a store of their own.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations and customer service
• Support inventory, merchandising and store presentation
• Maintain high levels of safety and food safety
• Help drive store performance and implement promotions
• Step in during the absence of the Store Manager

Required profile

• Retail or hospitality experience
• A passion for leading and supporting teams
• Strong communication and a proactive mindset
• The desire to take the next step into leadership
