Corporate Store Manager

About the role

We are looking for a passionate leader to run our Woree store in Queensland as if it were your own business. You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, maintaining store standards and driving financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Delight customers through high‑quality service and store presentation.
• Recruit, coach and develop a motivated store team.
• Ensure a safe, clean and positive store environment.
• Achieve KPIs, targets and financial results.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Resilience, positive attitude and willingness to act on feedback.
• Passion for self‑motivation and team motivation.

Required skills

• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (provided during training).
