About the role
Roberts Litigation is seeking a full‑time Associate or Senior Associate to work on‑site in Brisbane. You will manage a caseload of construction, insolvency and commercial dispute matters, providing practical legal advice and drafting key documents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and progress litigation files, including drafting pleadings, correspondence and advice.
- Liaise with clients, counsel and experts, taking responsibility for client relationships and strategy development.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development initiatives.
Required profile
- Admitted solicitor in Australia with 3‑5 years post‑qualification experience and a current practising certificate (or eligibility for one) in Queensland.
- Demonstrated litigation experience, preferably in construction disputes.
- Strong legal research, drafting, analysis and written advocacy abilities.
