Associate, Investor Services

About the role

SS&C is hiring an Associate for its Investor Services team in Sydney, Australia, working in a hybrid model. The Associate provides transfer agency services to clients, delivering the highest service level while ensuring compliance with internal policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Process dealing orders and tax documents submitted by investors, issue transaction contract notes and monthly statements
• Obtain and review investor KYC documents and ensure they meet regulatory requirements
• Keep fund settings, investor and transaction records up to date and accurate
• Process settlement instructions received from investors and fund managers
• Follow up proactively with investors on outstanding documents
• Deliver required reports to fund managers within agreed timeframes
• Respond promptly to enquiries from fund managers, investors and auditors

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in Transfer Agency or Investor Services, preferably in hedge funds
• Fluent written and spoken English; Mandarin speaking is a plus
• Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
