Associate Health & Medical Negligence Lawyer

About the role

This is a great opportunity for an Associate Health & Medical Negligence Lawyer to join one of Australia's leading Insurance & Health practices. You will work across a broad range of health law matters while receiving mentorship from two experienced Principals.

Key responsibilities

• Act for hospitals, clinics, medical practitioners, allied health professionals and other healthcare providers on claims, disciplinary proceedings, litigated matters and coronial inquests.
• Run your own files autonomously while having senior lawyers available for strategic input.
• Collaborate with senior practitioners across health law, professional indemnity and financial lines.

Required profile

• 3‑6 years post‑admission experience (PAE) in Health Law and Medical Negligence.
• Strong client relationship skills, commercial approach and ability to achieve excellent outcomes.
