About the role
Join AECOM’s National Building Engineering team in Perth as an Associate Director Structural Engineer. You will lead complex, multi‑disciplinary building projects across sectors such as health, defence, transport, commercial, aviation and data centres.
Key responsibilities
- Lead delivery of structural and multi‑disciplinary building projects, ensuring technical quality and coordination with other disciplines.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, generate new business opportunities and sustain a robust project pipeline.
- Provide leadership, mentorship and growth support to the structural team and expand AECOM’s presence in Perth.
Required profile
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering (or equivalent) with 15+ years of consultancy experience in building structural engineering.
- Chartered Engineer status (CPEng) or similar registration.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and commercial aspects, with strong communication skills.
Required skills
- Structural design expertise.
- In‑depth knowledge of Australian codes, standards and regulations.
- Project delivery and multidisciplinary coordination.
