Associate Director, Institutional FX Sales

About the role

The Associate Director will help develop, deliver and execute foreign exchange (FX) solutions for ANZ's Institutional and Corporate franchise, enhancing risk‑management services and growing the FX sales business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with Victorian‑based institutional and corporate clients.
• Originate, structure and execute FX risk‑management solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities, acquire new clients and cross‑sell across the portfolio.
• Provide thought leadership on FX markets, dynamics and risk management.
• Collaborate with Relationship, Markets Solutions and product teams to uncover opportunities.

Required profile

• Significant experience in markets sales, preferably in foreign exchange sales.
• Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build trusted client relationships.
• Demonstrated ability to use client insights to identify acquisition and growth opportunities.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to influence internal stakeholders.

Required skills

• Deep knowledge of FX products and markets.
• Technical expertise in foreign exchange risk‑management solutions.
