Associate Authentication Analyst (Chinese Speaker)

About the role

DigiCert’s Customer Authentication department is looking for a bilingual Associate Authentication Analyst to review SSL and Code Signing certificate applications and provide customer support. The role operates 24x7 in a follow‑the‑sun model, primarily serving the Asia‑Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Review digital certificate applications, verify legal entity status and domain ownership, and ensure contacts have authority to request certificates.
• Flag suspicious applications and adhere to policy guidelines to prevent security breaches.
• Assist customers via chat, email and phone, guiding them to meet security requirements and resolve issues that delay issuance.
• Participate in projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor new team members and share knowledge within the team.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Chinese (both written and spoken).
• Strong customer service experience.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in policy/compliance, banking, finance or fraud is a plus.

Required skills

• Excellent written and oral communication in both languages.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
• Strong PC skills and fast typing speed.
• Ability to multitask, solve problems and work under pressure.
