Assistant Store Manager

About the role

As an Assistant Store Manager at Coach, you will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales performance, operational excellence, and team development in a luxury fashion environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales goals through forecasting, planning, and implementing category initiatives.
• Create an inclusive, high‑energy environment that meets Coach service standards and resolves customer issues promptly.
• Recruit, onboard, and coach team members while fostering a collaborative culture.
• Support virtual shopping, clienteling, and customer data acquisition to enhance the omni‑channel experience.
• Oversee compliance with policies, scheduling, payroll, loss prevention, visual merchandising, and store safety.

Required profile

• 1+ years of leadership experience in retail or service industries, preferably luxury/fashion.
• Strong customer focus and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to exceed performance standards.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and conflict‑resolution skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail systems and omni‑channel services.
• Knowledge of clienteling strategies.
