About the role
Join the Goods & Services Procurement Hub at Transport for NSW in Macquarie Park, supporting end‑to‑end sourcing activities. You will help deliver procurement processes from planning through to contract execution, ensuring compliance and value for money.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of procurement processes, including planning, market research, documentation, and contract execution.
- Validate business needs, gather market information, and support procurement leads.
- Maintain procurement knowledge, ensure accurate records, and produce quality reporting.
- Engage with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to achieve procurement outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and analytical capability.
- Experience or knowledge in procurement, commercial, HR, legal, finance or related operational fields.
- Proven stakeholder management ability with a focus on influencing, collaborating and building trusted relationships.
- Ethical and professional approach to administrative support, documentation drafting and review.
