Assistant Marketing & Customer Experience Manager

About the role

JLL is hiring an Assistant Marketing & Customer Experience Manager in Perth, WA, to nurture relationships with the asset's tenant partners and make sure service, branding, marketing and presentation reflect premium standards. The role works with Building Management and tenant partners to build a sense of community across the precinct, supports the broader asset strategy, and requires understanding the client's business to spot risks and opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver, manage and evaluate events and activations in line with the strategic marketing plan
• Oversee content management for front-of-house digital platforms, including the website, social media, community portal, lift screens and directory boards
• Keep building marketing collateral and customer touch points consistent with the brand
• Act as main point of contact for customer enquiries and channel feedback between customers and the building team
• Partner with the National Marketing and Customer Experience Manager to support the Customer Retention Plan and retail tenants
• Liaise with the Concierge Team and implement customer service processes and policies
• Coordinate bespoke services and amenity offerings, with support from Concierge
• Work with the Fitness Centre operator to promote memberships and health and wellness initiatives
• Prepare Tenant Guides and onboarding packs, oversee marketing and leasing materials, manage marketing invoices and cash flow reporting, and prepare reports for client and JLL Experience team meetings

Required profile

• 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing or B2B role, with event planning and management experience essential
• Ability to build rapport with customers and visitors
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, positive approach and commitment to a safe, healthy workplace
• Preferred: certificate-level qualification in Hospitality, Business, Marketing or a related field, and experience in commercial real estate, retail or premium hospitality
