Assistant Manager – Health & Property Banking

About the role

The Assistant Manager will partner with a Senior Relationship Credit Manager to support a portfolio of customers across the health and property sectors. This role involves relationship management, credit analysis, risk management and delivering tailored banking solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of customers' business and financial needs.
• Provide suitable products and services, acting in the best interest of the customer.
• Maintain a well‑managed, compliant portfolio and control workflows across compliance and fulfilment processes.
• Collaborate with product partners and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to manage customer relationships.
• Attention to detail when reviewing agreements and contracts.
• Financial literacy, analytical skills and commercial acumen.
• Ability to assess credit obligations using qualitative and quantitative factors.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management concepts.
