Assistant Manager, Brand Partner Marketing

About the role

As Assistant Manager, Brand Partner Marketing at Sephora, you will develop and execute marketing plans for Sephora’s brand partners, driving sales and enhancing the customer experience across omni‑channel touchpoints.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement marketing strategies for the assigned brand‑partner portfolio.
• Collaborate with merchandising and cross‑functional teams to align brand priorities.
• Advise brands on co‑op advertising, sampling, social media, activations and consumer messaging.
• Manage relationships with brand partners and secure participation in Sephora marketing programs.
• Use data analysis to recommend win‑win initiatives and identify new co‑op marketing opportunities.
• Develop business cases for new ideas and innovations.
• Partner with e‑commerce, growth marketing, retail operations, training, creative, CRM & loyalty, and analytics teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in brand marketing, advertising, loyalty or retail.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or business.
• Proven ability to think strategically while managing detailed project execution.
• Experience working with cross‑functional partners or clients to meet business objectives.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to organise multiple detail‑oriented projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated and proactive approach.
