The Assistant Fresh Service Manager supports the Fresh department in delivering a consistently great shopping experience. This entry‑level leadership position offers a pathway into retail management through Woolworths' Store Leadership Pathway.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day operations of the Fresh department, ensuring shelves are stocked and presented to high standards.
• Promote safety for customers and team members by following store processes.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the store to create a seamless customer journey.
• Support the department team with product knowledge and operational tasks.
• Model Woolworths’ Everyday ACTs – Acknowledge, Care & Thank – in every customer interaction.
