Assistant Brand Manager

About the role

Kraft Heinz is seeking an Assistant Brand Manager to join its Marketing team in Freshwater. This permanent role offers a hybrid work arrangement with three days in the office and two days remote, providing a collaborative environment to grow your marketing career.

Key responsibilities

• Drive new product development (NPD) from idea generation to post‑launch audits for Australia and New Zealand.
• Develop and execute annual advertising, POS, publicity and consumer promotion plans for the assigned category.
• Liaise with agencies to create and launch marketing campaigns.
• Monitor brand performance, generate consumer insights and support strategy development.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and managing monthly advertising & promotion spend.

Required profile

• Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management capabilities.
• Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations.
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
